CHAPTER-7
VENGEANCE

Ramesh was still missing. Sapna was trying her best to control her emotions. After all, she had lost her child now. It was a strange spell that Sapna wasn't crying after this disturbance. It was because her tears were fully evaporated and she was left with nothing. She had lost all her hopes. She had no trust in the police. But the thing that satisfied her was that she had spent a long time with her son and that too, without any conflicts and disputes. 

All his words and sentences were cracking her mind. Especially, the words that teased her were, "We cannot do anything. We gotta move on." 

Each moment she lived led her to suffer severe pain.  Ramesh, too, was spending a miserable time. He was just laying in the dirt and there was nothing he could do. 

After a break, she made her mind to move on. It was the only single way to live the rest of her life. The very next day, the cloth was removed from the board of her shop. 'Tailoring Talents' begun once again with its highest spirits. The dust on the board was cleaned and the rain inaugurated this event by making each and every moment as clear as glass. The shop had a new tagline written on the board. It was, "Whatever happens, you gotta move on."

Society was goofing on Sapna for her behaviour but she showed her bravery and continued her work with full excitement. Well, her melancholy was clearly manifested on her face. Her eyes were dull and dark spots were developed under her eyes. Now, she had made this job her closest kin as she was assured that it would not leave her alone.

On the other hand, Ramesh was still asleep because he was made to eat some kind of pills which had led to this circumstance. He was too dirty. He looked like anyone who had not taken a bath from 100 days. The bravery shown by him was not less than Leader London. Well, where is Harry?

He had reached Mumbai with his closest friend, Peter Parker and there was still heavy traffic to pass out to reach Dharavi. It would take an hour. What happens in the factory until Leader London reaches here? 

The condition of the factory was still the same. No new thing about it. There were three men inside instead of two. The new one was RAJEEV. He was talking to his friends about the status of the group. At a distance, the third kidnapper was working on mobile and he didn't take part in the conversation.

"Is he here?", said Rajeev.

"Who?", said one the kidnappers.

"You better know!"

"UNDERSTOOD! He is abducted."

"Good. Where is he?"

"In the dirt room."

"Why? He is not supposed to beg.", said Rajeev in confidence.

"Why? Is he your relative? It's our business and I am working on it."

"He is the special guest here", said Rajeev after taking a cunning smile.

"Why did you order me to kidnap him, then?'

"I have a special relationship with him."

"What kind of? Well, your response would be very bad."

"NO! My response is 'worse'. The reason is very simple. He was the one who put me behind the bars. I murdered his father and in response, he tried me to put in jail."

"He was a small kid six years ago. It was your fault. Don't put mistakes on him."

"He is smart. I want you to torture him miserably. I wanna take vengeance. What he has done is unimaginable!! Also, I went behind the bars because of Sanjay, right?? Therefore, the hierarchy must pass to him. You're ordered to torture him, nothing else."

"You didn't go behind the bars because of him. It was all your mistake...I won't whip him. My work is to make them beg and I don't believe in torturing these small kids."

"Why don't you? It's your problem. Either you'll do it or I shall do it myself.", said Rajeev while he was shouting on the kidnapper.

"VENGEANCE has consumed you. It has grown and that would never stop..."

The Kidnapper sitting at a distance intervened the conversation because he saw a piece of news on the Internet about something very bad.

"Leader London is approaching to Dharavi to catch those people who are continuously kidnapping beautiful lives in Dharavi.", said the third kidnapper while reading the news from mobile.

"What?", said the first kidnapper.

"In what time?", said Rajeev.

"In an hour", said the third kidnapper in a feeling of tension.

"Improbable! What should we do now?", said the first kidnapper.

"Wait! You should do what you do every day. Their investigation should not make us a suspect. Kidnap children, nothing else."

"Not a bad idea but I think we should move from Dharavi. They'll find us here..."

"Do what I say!", said Rajeev while he was screaming again.

It was now clear that Ramesh's kidnap was a vengeance but Leader London and his friend were on their way to solve this mystery. After all, they had solved Rogers case which was more than difficult. It started from a different point and ended at some other. This case was not as difficult as the Rogers' case but this was a hurdle.

Harry was ready for this adventure but Peter was somewhat in his thoughts. They had passed heavy traffic and now they had reached their destination which was the police station of Dharavi.  

They were astonished to see that more than 15 cases have been filed in a week and in Dharavi itself. There would be many more cases which were not filed.

Eventually, the friends came to the conclusion that 'the group involved was not working for Ransome rather it was working for some other purpose.'

For a change, this fact was not found by Peter, but by Harry.
