An hour had passed since all the mess that started because of the book (in torn pages now). Oliver accurately knew what Harry's positions and co-ordinates were and attacked him at his weakest point, the headquarters, where he found enough people for making them captive to pretend to be their king. It satisfied him. His popularity was, as he mentioned, a fickle friend. It brings support but along with conspiracies. Therefore, he believed that people should not get a chance to underestimate him in conspiracies. Therefore, a lot of censorship was established in Cygnus that made the people ineligible to speak against him.
Harry's venerable dialogue of THE SPIRITS motivated everyone. Ralph stood proud to be his father. Oliver stood at one side unable to understand what to do. Police had circled the whole mess from each side. With a bunch of people in the middle, that remained kneeled as captives, had decided to fight. Cygnian soldiers were surrounding them. It was difficult to recognise who was on whose side. That whole circle's centre was occupied by THE SPIRITS and Oliver along with Ralph and Brooke.
"This is the difference, Oliver", Ralph winked Harry while he said this. Harry understood for what.
Ralph winked his eye to clarify him that he was distracting Oliver from his motive. This gave Harry a chance to tell his team what had happened about this mess. His wounds weren't causing him pain now because Harry knew that his pains were significant for the whole planet. He understood that his pains would distract him from his main objective.
"Listen to me, very carefully", Harry started while Oliver was busy with Ralph, "I and Peter will directly handle Oliver with father. David you're going to hypnotize the minds of the opposing army. Make them fight among them, MENDATOR. Keep Earthians away from it as far as possible. Edwin you're going to lead the police. Valencia will help you to get out of this circle to pass orders. Valencia, as said, knock out who comes in your way. Use your eagle-eyed mind and copy all the whacks and tackles and counter-attack them, EAGALIATOR. Sapna you're going to save these Earthians while David hypnotises the Cygnian Assassins. Behave like him, like Ramesh, our late NERVE-TACKER. Charlotte you are going behind Valencia because she'll lead you brilliantly and better than others. LEADER LONDON and the MYSTERY SOLVER will see what to do next.", Harry used all the made-up names.
"Yes, sir", the team shouted which broke Oliver's distraction and he understood what plan was made behind.
Edwin did what Harry said. Behind him, Valencia saved him from all threats. Uninterested Charlotte did what Harry said; she didn't disclose her betrayal till now.
Sapna followed the lead of David. The plan was executed beautifully which was interrupted by Oliver, "These stupid plans won't save you, Harry. Father's old now. Maybe he has all the demeanours but cannot retrieve yours."
"I don't care, Oliver", Harry responded.
"Then, what do you for?"
"I am not fighting this battle for winning or losing. These people mean a lot to me."
In a moment, Oliver lost his temper and pummeled Harry with his full force. Harry, unable to understand the quick response, fell while Peter took the lead. He stopped Oliver from punching Harry again. Ralph did not actively participate in the fight. He knew the fight remained no longer between Harry and Oliver but he did not want to make it more vulnerable for Oliver to lose. Even though Oliver always remained bad to him yet Oliver was his son and choosing sides from the perspective of Ralph was a nail-biting task.
From everywhere, the firing had started. Police firing the gunshots followed by the Cygnian advanced technology. A lot of blood was spilt on both sides. Police had no intuition about this attack and didn't bring many reinforcements but were enough to give Harry more time. Indeed, they called more as they needed it from phones (they formed the boundary of the circle; it gave them chances to call for more).
Oliver was able to see himself losing against three. Robert did support Oliver but he was not even worthy to fight the muscular Peter. Peter fought valiantly and that was a matter of fact for Harry. He suspected him but perhaps it was not the right time.
Edwin, Charlotte and Valencia were in their midway. Sapna used her skills brilliantly and her reflexes had become fast because of the satellite cells in Ramesh's blood vial. Valencia, without any potion, was giving her best. Her counter-attacks were satisfying to see and so were her skills. Edwin seemed to pay no attention and concentrated his mind on those people who were still captive. They seemed to act more to attack the soldiers rather knocking them with increasing wounds and pains.
Sapna and David handled their part with no defects and flaws. David hypnotised so many Cygnians at once that they had started the war against themselves. Their hypnotism was more like coding of a computer. They did only actions they were fed with and didn't apply much mind in their work.
Out of the blue, Oliver looked at those people captive and then winked at them while he shouted-
"Maniac...Hudson... DO as I commanded!"
Harry took the chance of Oliver's this eccentric behaviour and whacked him on his face which was accompanied by Ralph's dreadful punch. Harry said, "I don't know what you mean! But Hudson’s our Oliver! Not yours..."
"Is he?"
But abruptly after this, Edwin and Charlotte ran away leaving Valencia alone. She was surrounded by a group of Cygnian soldiers. Harry and Peter had no idea what was happening with Valencia. But suddenly, Peter was punched by an iron arm which was not Oliver's. It was Charlotte's. She came into the main centre while Edwin had approached those captive people. In a second, they stopped to act like they were beating the Cygnians and Cygnians too went motionless. They all ran towards the police attacking them. A huge crowd at gathered around Sapna and David, too.
The centre of the circle stopped fighting. All of them took heavy breaths and pants. It gave them a break from an unending fight.
Harry gave a stare at Charlotte and said, "What are you doing? Peter's on our side."
Peter gave Harry a look to not say anything and nodded his head to display his emotions.
"I know but not on my side."
Harry didn't care about Charlotte's words. He saw that the fight had stopped in the centre of the circle. People who were hypnotized were still fighting and the captive people were sent free and they started fighting against Harry brilliantly. David was still trying to hypnotize people who went against them and saved Sapna from exposure of extraterrestrial attacks.
"What is it you know, Oliver?", asked Harry without any violence.
"Everything brother", he replied.
"Don't tell me after all this time..."
"Yes", he responded, "After all this time and even through this grave passage of time, Edwin and Charlotte worked for me. They never did for you"
"What? We had two betrayals?", asked Peter.
"Yes, as he says", Harry gasped. Ralph's was still like he knew everything but somehow he was not able to manage all this.
"Robert was never the Maniac you supposed to be... Charlotte was the one who killed Ramesh and when you came at the face-off, I lied."
"Not astonishing, Oliver, you've lied to many!"
"All this was plotted by me, Harry. We had already sent Charlotte to distract you. When we were lighted with the fact that you know the names of who served which demeanour at the time you saw the posters on Cygnus, I decided to continue the Maniac mission. It had already started four months before the UN Meeting was attacked to distract you only from your objective. But after you knew the names, we made Valencia more vulnerable and so did you. If I won't have sent Charlotte, you would've never found Charlotte."
"Why did you expose Charlotte to us, Oliver? It was better not to send Charlotte on Earth... We never got distracted from our plan... I assume you failed", Peter added.
"At a moment I did. But suddenly, after the face-off, I had decided to kill one demeanour because Maniac didn't distract you and even provided you with one extra! I decided to finish out the other... Consecutively, Ramesh was more connected with you at that time, so killing him for your mental pressure was enough for me. But you? You didn't lose... What kinda behaviour was that? Huh? Your friend died and you all decided to make Sapna your replacement! Nepotism along with loads of shamelessness", Oliver taunted.
"That wasn't nepotism, Oliver. There remained a reason for Ramesh's replacement. Your these tasks are what makes me realise that I am on the right side of this war", Ralph entered the conversation.
"You don't speak father. You know because of newspapers nothing else"
"What newspaper?", Harry was confused.
"What you faced was reported by Charlotte at night and was published in the newspaper the next day. Your every step was recorded Harry and you didn't even realise. You were only stuck in pages and drafts of the Earthian disparaged politics. There's where I took a lead and is standing with a planning of more than eight months."
"Understood! And when did you take Edwin under you? We knew him from the Rogers' case"
"I know!", Oliver arrogantly replied, "He doesn't come under me directly."
"What does that mean?"
"HE IS A BPTD MEMBER!", Oliver shocked everyone, "He was always a BPTD member. Was a spy of BPTD since the very start. When he was the head of the investigation committee, he was ours. That's why the case took so long because the head of that committee did not want to solve that case. That case wasn't much difficult but we waited for you and when you arrived, the case got unsolved."
"And why are these people fighting against us? I hope they aren't yours"
"Harry, you gave Edwin the whole power of selecting the members of THE SPIRITS. After the death of our leader and your betrayal against us, BPTD decided to make me their MESSIAH! And therefore, I used Edwin against you. The members he selected are of BPTD and will remain forever."
"Harry, understood?", Peter exclaimed, "Why I suspected their training? They were of BPTD and were already well trained. And, here too, they acted to fight until commanded."
"Well plotted, Oliver, I must say!", Harry praised him.
"Thanks, brother. You know my first wish! Cleverest Mind should I get... Result of that!"
"I remember! Saw your first wish in a dream!!! Well, this all means two people deceived without any of our suspicions. We had a defect, a big one in our plan?"
"Yes, can say it in the same way...Now, Harry, I must insist that you should look at your Earth"
"For what you've done now?"
"These police cops aren't only those who are dying. I have sent my whole army on Earth! Various places to conquer them. You've allowed your people to die tonight for your greed of throne"
"That's not the greed of throne, Oliver. You would treat them much harshly even after they recover from this genocide. They would curse their birth"
"I don't hope so! I live for myself", Oliver shouted, "These people don't deserve it, Harry. We have deserving blood, then why struggle? You don't understand."
"Well, I am glad I don't"
"You know I conquered Phigus20x. I wanted to do that and even focused on it after you fled from Cygnus."
"Congratulations, brother!", Harry taunted.
Robert, who was yawning all the time in between these talks, suddenly felt a pat on his right back. While he drove towards his right to understand what had happened, he was slapped on his left ear brutally. His eustachian tube got blocked and a river of blood had started flowing. All filled with stunning sounds which were accompanied by another pitiless punch on his nose. Unable to breathe, Robert died of suffocation. He had never been punched so harshly.
All this happened in a second and suddenly, the fall of Robert on the sandy sound dissolved everyone's attention. All of them with stunning looks stared the dead body. Even they felt more astonishing when they saw Peter was the one who did this to Robert. Harry felt happy but he turned at his back to mesmerise that a second earlier, Peter accompanied him behind his back. His fast movement was noticed by no one.
Oliver, in the pain of Robert, did not control his emotions and did a laser blast at Harry, which he easily dodged. That streaming infrared beam disintegrated all those who came in its way and then just collided with the detritus of the SPIRITS headquarters displacing much debris.
Because of all these changes in the detritus, Ramesh's shield which was stuck at the lowest level of the debris was gradually rising its elevation and because of this blast, it had already come to the top alongside which was the metallic logo of THE SPIRITS was kept.
Robert's body lied dead with many others and Oliver in anger was now attacking the friends furiously without thinking of any consequence. His laser arm was at a very high temperature and Harry controlled it to much extent while Peter used his smartness to weaken Oliver. Ralph didn't participate actively in this because he felt this to be a bit unfair for Oliver if he fought for Harry.
